The 3rd convening of the Baraza was hosted in Accra, Ghana, aiming to provide a crucial platform for sharing strategies, discussing challenges like the current “polycrisis” and closing civic space, and fostering solidarity and collaboration among activists.

The objectives included developing common positions on pressing issues, facilitating knowledge exchange, and strengthening the overall network of African social movements. Hosted by TrustAfrica and CDD Ghana,  convening empowered movements as vital agents of change in a challenging global and continental landscape.
